Viton® Rubber Gaskets - White Food Quality
AMG Sealing supplies white food-grade Viton® rubber gaskets precision-cut from high-quality fluoroelastomer material. These gaskets provide excellent resistance to animal fats, fish oils, alcohols, and vegetable oils, making them ideal for demanding food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sealing applications. They meet FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600, ensuring suitability for repeated food contact. With moderate compressibility and strong tensile properties, these gaskets perform reliably at elevated temperatures. Additionally, white Viton® A gaskets resist ozone, oxidation, and weathering, suitable for sealing against hydrocarbons, organic solvents, and mineral acids.
Where FDA certification is not a requirement, AMG Sealing can provide standard Viton® A rubber gaskets. For applications needing enhanced visibility, blue food-grade FKM gaskets are also available.
