Neoprene rubber gaskets are widely chosen for outdoor sealing tasks due to their excellent resistance to weathering and abrasion caused by environmental factors. These gaskets offer reliable chemical resistance to a variety of substances including dilute acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Their compatibility with animal fats, vegetable oils, and inorganic salts makes them ideal for use in food processing and various industrial settings. The material remains flexible across a broad temperature range and withstands ozone and UV exposure, making it a preferred option for marine equipment, construction sealing, and general industrial machinery. However, neoprene is not suitable for use with aromatic hydrocarbons or ketones.
We supply a diverse selection of neoprene gaskets featuring additional certifications and properties, such as food-grade approval, BS 2752 compliance, and flame-retardant variants. Our in-house CNC machining capabilities enable us to produce soft cut gaskets in standard flange, dovetail, and picture frame profiles, tailored to both small and large volume requirements.
