Our flame-retardant, anti-static neoprene rubber gaskets are expertly precision-cut from a specially formulated compound designed to meet stringent safety demands in industrial settings. This material complies with ISO 340 for conveyor belting flammability and holds UL94-V0 certification, ensuring robust fire resistance where ignition hazards must be controlled. Additionally, it meets BS 490 standards for anti-static performance, with a maximum surface electrical resistance of 3 × 10⁸ Ω, effectively preventing static charge build-up in sensitive environments.

In addition to these critical safety features, the neoprene compound maintains the durability and resilience expected from high-quality sealing materials. It offers excellent resistance to ageing and environmental factors, preserving its physical integrity over long service life. The gaskets also withstand weathering, UV exposure, and atmospheric conditions, making them suitable for outdoor applications. Compatibility with inorganic salts and animal fats further enhances their suitability for industrial and food processing uses where multiple hazard protections are essential.
