Insertion Rubber Gaskets

Insertion Rubber Gaskets

Crafted from a specialised blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene, reinforced with a single ply fabric layer to enhance strength and durability. Our insertion rubber gaskets offer superior dimensional stability and resistance to tearing compared to non-reinforced variants, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial sealing tasks. The fabric reinforcement helps maintain shape under compression while preserving the flexibility necessary for effective sealing. These gaskets are suitable for use with water and mild chemicals but should be avoided with fuels, oils, or greases. They provide dependable sealing solutions for pipework, pump housings, and general machinery applications. This balanced formulation delivers reliable mechanical performance while remaining cost-effective for standard industrial needs.

Using our in-house CNC cutting technology, we can produce any standard flange, picture frame, or custom gasket to meet your specifications, whether for single units or large volume orders. For guidance on precise gasket measurement, please refer to our How to Measure a Gasket guide.
