Viton® Rubber Gaskets

Viton® Rubber Gaskets
Viton® rubber gaskets are precision-cut from a premium fluoroelastomer known for its exceptional resistance to petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, organic solvents, and mineral acids, outperforming many other polymer materials. These gaskets deliver excellent thermal stability and reliable compression resistance, making them a preferred choice in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, gas, and petrochemical industries. They also exhibit moderate mechanical strength and superior resistance to weathering, oxidation, and ozone, although they are unsuitable for use with ketones like acetone or organic acids.
With our advanced CNC cutting technology, AMG Sealing can produce gaskets to exact specifications, including any standard flange, dovetail, picture frame, or custom designs. For detailed advice on measuring your flange or picture frame gasket, please refer to our 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.
