Hypalon rubber gaskets are expertly precision-cut from premium chlorosulfonyl polyethylene (CSM), delivering exceptional durability against ageing, weathering, abrasion, and UV exposure. These gaskets are ideal for outdoor sealing tasks, offering superior thermal stability and moderate resistance to oils and chemicals. Compared to other elastomeric materials, Hypalon maintains its integrity better under prolonged UV and harsh weather conditions.
Utilising advanced CNC machining capabilities, AMG Sealing produces gaskets with exacting tolerances tailored to your specifications. We supply dovetail, picture frame, and standard flange gaskets, and can accommodate bespoke designs from detailed dimensional drawings.   • Not recommended for use with aromatic hydrocarbons or ketones.
  • Standard smooth plate finish on both sides.
