Red Abrasion-Resistant Rubber Gaskets

Our red abrasion-resistant rubber gaskets are expertly cut from premium natural rubber designed to withstand significant abrasion and wear. These gaskets deliver strong tensile properties, excellent elasticity, and maintain effective sealing performance with minimal compression set. They also provide moderate chemical resistance to ketones, aldehydes, and both wet and dry organic acids, but are not suitable for use with petroleum or hydrocarbon substances.

Typically, these gaskets feature a cloth impression on both sides. We also offer white abrasion-resistant gaskets that meet FDA standards, ideal for applications involving wet or dry food contact.

With our advanced CNC cutting technology, AMG Sealing can supply everything from single bespoke gaskets to large-scale production runs with precise tolerances. We manufacture soft cut gaskets including dovetail, picture frame, and standard flange gaskets, and can produce custom designs based on your dimensional drawings.
