Nitrile rubber gaskets are precision cut from a robust synthetic elastomer known for its excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oils, and greases. This material also offers strong abrasion resistance, moderate tensile strength, and dependable mechanical performance, making it ideal for challenging industrial sealing tasks.
These gaskets find extensive application in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, and oil industries. While nitrile excels in petrochemical environments, it is less resistant to ozone and weathering and should not be used with ketones.
Utilising advanced CNC machining capabilities, AMG Sealing can produce gaskets with precise tolerances, accommodating both single-piece and bulk orders. We manufacture soft cut gaskets in dovetail, picture frame, or standard flange styles and can also work from bespoke dimensional drawings.
