Black Shotblast Rubber Gaskets

Black shotblast rubber gaskets are precision-cut from abrasion-resistant natural rubber, delivering outstanding durability and wear resistance. These gaskets offer high elasticity and strong tensile strength, maintaining an effective seal with minimal compression set. They are compatible with certain aldehydes, wet or dry organic acids, and mild chemicals, but are unsuitable for petroleum or lubricating oils.

Featuring a smooth plate finish on both faces, shotblast gaskets are ideal for abrasive environments where a robust sealing solution is essential. AMG Sealing also supplies abrasion-resistant variants in red, white, and tan para rubbers, offering softer, more compressible options.
