AMG Sealing offers white food-grade EPDM rubber gaskets crafted from a premium synthetic elastomer designed specifically for safe food contact. This material meets the stringent requirements of EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, ensuring suitability for repeated exposure to food products.

These gaskets maintain the essential qualities of standard EPDM, delivering excellent durability against ageing, ozone, and weather conditions. Non-toxic and reliable, the material withstands contact with alcohols, animal fats, vegetable oils, alkalines, ketones, and diluted acids, making it an excellent choice for hygienic and food processing settings.

We manufacture soft cut gaskets in standard flange table, dovetail, or picture frame designs, accommodating both small and large volume orders through our advanced in-house CNC cutting technology.
