Polyurethane Gaskets

Polyurethane Gaskets
Polyurethane gaskets are renowned for their exceptional resistance to abrasion and their ability to maintain shape under pressure. They also offer strong protection against chemicals, oils, weathering, and UV exposure. This material is highly tear-resistant, making it ideal for flanges exposed to vibration, contraction, and expansion, with hardness options ranging from soft and flexible to rigid (shore hardness 35 to 90 °A). Our polyurethane gaskets come in a variety of colours including black, blue, natural, red, and yellow.
Utilising precision CNC profile-cutting technology, we produce gaskets in virtually any dimension you need. We convert polyurethane sheets into standard flange gaskets, picture frames, and dovetail profiles, catering to both small and large volume orders. For detailed advice on measuring gaskets accurately, please see our 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.

Applications

Ideal for environments demanding abrasion-resistant gaskets that retain resilience under load.
