This carbon-reinforced compressed fibre gasket material incorporates a nitrile rubber binder, making it suitable for challenging high temperature and pressure conditions. It provides excellent resistance to steam, oil, fuel, refrigerants, and creep. Maximum Temperature: +425°C. Maximum Pressure: 100 bar.
Made from a blend of aramid and inorganic fibres combined with a high-quality rubber binder, Novus™ 30 is ideal for sealing hot and cold water, steam, oils, fuels, gases, and chemicals. Maximum Temperature: +400°C. Maximum Pressure: 100 bar.
Novus™ 34 combines aramid and inorganic fibres with specialised additives to deliver a premium sealing material suitable for diverse industrial applications. It performs reliably with oils, solvents, high-pressure steam, and gases. Maximum Temperature: +450°C. Maximum Pressure: 100 bar.

Sigma® 511 is a biaxially orientated PTFE sheet filled with silica, approved by WRAS and FDA. It is designed for sealing aggressive acids and chemicals, excluding hydrofluoric acid, alkali metals, fluorine gas, and hydrogen fluoride. Maximum Temperature: -250°C to +260°C. Maximum Pressure: 85 bar.

SF3300 is a premium sealing sheet combining aramid and inorganic fibres with nitrile rubber, free from asbestos, and suitable for diverse industrial applications. It meets BS7531 Grade X and WRAS standards. Maximum Temperature: -40°C to +250°C. Maximum Pressure: 51 bar.
This high-purity graphite laminate incorporates a tanged stainless steel core, offering excellent blowout resistance and suitability for moderate temperature and pressure environments. It is durable but not recommended for use with strong oxidising agents. Maximum Temperature: -200°C to +350°C. Maximum Pressure: 51 bar.
