Novus™ 34

Novus™ 34 is a versatile, high-quality gasket material made from a combination of aramid and inorganic fibres with specialised additives. It incorporates a premium nitrile rubber binder to deliver dependable sealing solutions.

Applications

Suitable for diverse sealing tasks including oils, solvents, high-pressure steam, and gases such as oxygen.

• Operates at temperatures up to +450°C.
• Capable of withstanding pressures as high as 100 bar.
• Certified for use with potable water under WRAS / WRC standards.

Standards

• Complies with BS7531 Grade X.
• BAM certified for oxygen service up to 90°C and 160 bar.
• Meets TA-LUFT requirements according to VDI Guideline 2440.
• GL Approval certificate 37702 – 12HH.
• Fire-safe rating as per API 6FB.
• WRAS approval confirming suitability for potable water.
