Viton® Rubber Sheeting

Viton® Rubber Sheeting

Viton® rubber sheeting is a high-performance fluoroelastomer engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. It retains flexibility and resists fluid degradation where many other elastomers fail. Its excellent resistance to acids, oils, and petroleum-based substances makes it an ideal sealing material for demanding applications in automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, and chemical industries.

AMG Sealing supplies Viton® sheeting in two primary grades: Type A and Type B. Both grades offer robust performance, with Type B featuring a higher fluorine content (68.5% compared to 66% in Type A), which improves its resistance to fluids, heat flexibility, and sulphur dioxide resistance. This makes Type B especially suitable for chemical processing and power generation sectors.

As a trusted supplier, AMG Sealing maintains stock of Viton® rubber sheeting for prompt delivery. Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

Key Features of Viton® Rubber Sheeting
