Nitrile diaphragm rubber sheeting combines a single ply nylon fabric reinforcement with the robust properties of nitrile rubber. This design improves resistance to deformation, flexing, and stretching, making it an excellent choice for diaphragm seals in valves, pumps, and gas control systems handling oil, water, steam, and gas. The material conforms to British Standard 2751.
Supplied in rolls or precision-cut into custom gaskets and bespoke shapes using CNC technology. Refer to the table below for available sizes.
Nitrile rubber is also commonly referred to by trade names such as Buna-N, Perbunan, and NBR rubber.
