Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Sheeting (HNBR)

Nitrile Rubber Sheeting - Hydrogenated

Black hydrogenated nitrile rubber sheeting (HNBR) is sourced from premium virgin materials to provide superior durability and a broader temperature tolerance than standard nitrile rubber. This advanced polymer performs exceptionally well in harsh conditions involving chemicals, oils, and extreme heat, making it a preferred choice for automotive and industrial uses such as fuel system components, gaskets, accumulator bladders, and diaphragms.

For alternative nitrile options, AMG Sealing also supplies standard nitrile, blue metal detectable nitrile  and white food grade nitrile.

AMG Sealing supplies hydrogenated nitrile rubber in roll form and provides precision cutting services for gasket fabrication. Custom sleeves can also be produced to your specifications. Please get in touch to discuss your project requirements.

Nitrile rubber is commonly referred to as NBR, Buna-N, or Perbunan.
