Blue food-grade nitrile rubber sheeting (NBR) is a premium synthetic material engineered to resist animal fats, fish oils, greases, and vegetable oils effectively. It is extensively utilised within the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, fully compliant with current EC and FDA food-contact standards. The vibrant blue hue aids in clear visual identification during industrial use.

This superior NBR sheeting delivers enhanced tensile strength, elongation at break, and better temperature tolerance compared to the standard nitrile rubber variant.

We also supply blue metal-detectable nitrile to help minimise contamination risks, alongside white food-grade nitrile options suited for higher temperature environments.

Nitrile rubber is available in rolls or precision-cut into gaskets and other custom shapes using our in-house CNC cutting capabilities.

Also known as NBR rubber, Buna-N, or Perbunan, nitrile rubber offers reliable performance in demanding applications.
