White food quality nitrile gaskets are precision cut from a synthetic elastomer composed of acrylonitrile and butadiene. This premium gasket material is extensively used within the food processing sector for its excellent resistance to vegetable oils, animal fats, fish oils, and greases. It fully meets EC and FDA standards for food contact materials, making it suitable for repeated use in food-related applications.

We also offer metal-detectable nitrile gasket variants designed to minimise contamination risks when used with scanning systems. For enhanced visual identification, blue food-grade nitrile options are available.
