Silicone Sponge Cord

Silicone sponge cord is made from high-grade closed cell sponge, offering excellent resistance to a broad temperature range and exceptional electrical insulation properties. Its pliable structure enables easy compression and shaping. This material exhibits reliable thermal stability and withstands UV rays and weathering, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Frequently applied in sealing solutions requiring heat resistance or protection for electrical enclosures, AMG Sealing supplies silicone sponge cord in a variety of options, including FDA compliant, metal detectable, and FAR 25.853 flame retardant versions.

We keep our standard 16lb grade in stock across multiple diameters and lengths. For other sizes or specifications, please contact us with your requirements, quoting the relevant product code and quantity.
