HT800 Flame Retardant Silicone Sponge Sheeting

HT800 flame retardant silicone sponge sheeting offers the durability and flexibility of traditional silicone sponge, enhanced with superior flame resistance. The grey variant is certified for food contact, making it suitable for hygienic applications. This material withstands high temperatures, resists UV and ozone exposure, and tolerates a variety of moderate to oxidising chemicals. It produces minimal smoke and fumes and is usually supplied with a self-adhesive backing for straightforward fitting.

Typical Uses

Perfect for producing gaskets and seals that guard against dust, moisture, and air leakage. Frequently applied in HVAC installations, electronic housings, and for shock and vibration absorption in automotive and electronic equipment.
