TICO Pipe Grips

TICO Pipe Grips Anti-Vibration Material

AMG Sealing supplies TICO pipe grips that combine a sturdy galvanised steel u-bolt with a fire-retardant moulded sleeve engineered to limit flame spread. Available in three specialised versions: ribbed rubber inner face (grip type), PTFE lined (guide type), and high temperature synthetic silicone (VHT type). These grips are designed to minimise vibration transfer between pipework and hangers, reducing the risk of electrolytic corrosion. Each type offers unique advantages detailed below.

Grip Type	Ribbed rubber inner face. Allows for minor axial and torsional pipe movements.	-50°C up to +120°C (+150°C intermittent)
Guide Type	PTFE lined inner face. Accommodates greater axial and torsional pipe movements.	-50°C up to +120°C (+150°C intermittent)
VHT Type	Synthetic silicone rubber. Designed for high temperature environments and resistant to various oils.	-60°C up to +300°C (+350°C intermittent)
