TICO Hi-Duty Textile Reinforced Pad

AMG Sealing supplies TICO hi-duty textile reinforced pads available in three specialised grades tailored for industrial applications. The TICO RF/PA grade combines synthetic rubber proofed cotton layers with neoprene rubber interlayers enhanced by cellular particles. The TICO PF/PA grade features synthetic rubber proofed cotton plies vulcanised to a smooth finish. The TICO FF/PA grade bonds PF/PA material to a synthetic rubber layer modified with cellular particles. These pads provide outstanding durability and strength, designed to cushion heavy impacts, absorb intense shock loads, and minimise vibration from industrial equipment.

• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +100°C for RF/PA, and -40°C to +80°C for PF/PA and FF/PA.
• Maximum load capacity: 7 MN/m² for RF/PA, and 15.5 MN/m² for PF/PA and FF/PA.
