GYLON® White Style 3545 is a premium compressible microcellular PTFE gasket material designed with a soft outer layer bonded to a firm PTFE core. This construction enables the gasket to conform to irregular flange surfaces such as warped or scratched areas, while the solid core reduces cold flow and creep. Fully FDA compliant, this material is available precision cut to your exact requirements.
Perfectly suited for glass-lined flanges under low bolt loads, this gasket performs reliably with a wide range of media including strong caustics, acids, hydrocarbons, chlorine, and cryogenic fluids.
