GYLON® Blue Style 3504 is a high-performance PTFE gasket material enhanced with aluminosilicate microspheres, designed to surpass conventional PTFE in sealing applications. It minimises product loss and emissions while effectively combating cold flow issues typical of expanded PTFE. This material offers outstanding bolt torque retention and broad chemical resistance. Fully FDA compliant, GYLON® Blue Style 3504 is available cut to precise dimensions to meet your requirements.
Perfectly suited for glass-lined, enamelled, or plastic flanges in sectors such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food production, and electronics. It is compatible with a wide range of media including moderate acids, hydrocarbons, solvents, water, refrigerants, cryogenics, and some caustic substances.
