Metal Detectable Silicone Rubber Gaskets

AMG Sealing supplies metal detectable silicone rubber gaskets precision-cut from a synthetic elastomer embedded with additives that can be detected by metal detection systems, helping to minimise the risk of contamination in your products. This material complies with EC and FDA standards for repeated food contact, making it ideal for use in food processing and pharmaceutical sectors.

These gaskets offer outstanding durability against temperature fluctuations, ozone, oxidation, and environmental exposure, while also providing excellent electrical insulation and release characteristics. The silicone remains flexible at low temperatures and resists permanent deformation under compression.

Our selection also includes standard silicone rubber gaskets in multiple colours, all meeting EC, FDA, and WRAS regulations.
