Topog-E® Gaskets

Topog-E® gaskets are expertly designed elliptical rubber seals intended to replace asbestos boiler door joints, providing effective protection against corrosion and residue accumulation around boiler doors. These gaskets help prolong the service life of steam boilers, water tanks, and air tanks, while reducing maintenance interruptions. Each gasket is custom moulded to fit the exact shape of the opening, ensuring a snug fit against both surfaces for a dependable seal. They are easy to remove without leaving residue, allowing for swift reinstallation. Please be aware that these gaskets are not suitable for use with grease or solvents.

Applications

Topog-E® gaskets are perfectly suited for sealing hand holes and manholes on pressure vessels, boilers, compressed air tanks, and water tanks.

Key Features

Capable of withstanding temperatures up to +193°C.
Pressure rating up to 180psi (12.5 Bar), with options for higher pressures available upon request.
Exceptional resistance to steam as well as hot and cold water.
Good chemical resistance, including alcohols, ketones, phosphate esters, dilute acids, salts, and animal and vegetable fats.
