Commitment to Quality through Annual Servicing and Preventative Maintenance
As part of AMG’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and in line with our ISO 9001 quality procedures, our manufacturing plant is regularly serviced and checked to ensure unplanned down time on gasket production is kept to an absolute minimum.
Our 2 year old ATOM knife cutting machine recently had its annual service by ATOM engineers and was given a clean bill of health for the next 12 months.
The preventative maintenance schedule we follow ensures gaskets produced at AMG remain within tolerance and the process fully repeatable.
